The world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay offer the most beautiful views whilst sun bathing and some great walks. The beach front is within 15 mins walking distance or 5 minutes drive of the house with a promenade, many bars, clubs and restaurants available at all times of the day. Taxi's run from the main road to the beaches for a minimal amount.
A Mediterranean style kitchen offers a gas stove with a hot plate and an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave and is fully equipped for every need. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and all cleaning products provided. The kitchen is open plan to a breakfast room and onto the lounge and main dining room, with sea views. There is wireless ADSL throughout the house. The lounge has a flat screen TV with DVD and DSTV and there is a second lounge area with TV and DVD.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and built in cupboards and a full en-suite bathroom, sliding doors open to a view of the garden, pool and the ocean.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and walk in closet and a full en-suite bathroom, sliding doors open to a patio area with garden furniture and access to the garden and pool. The bedroom has beautiful views of the garden and the ocean.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed built in cupboards and a full en-suite bathroom it looks out onto the rear garden and fish pond.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed and built in cupboards with views of the rear garden and the mountain.
Bedroom 5 with twin beds and built in cupboards has an ocean and garden view.
Bedroom 4 and 5 share a full bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet. All bathrooms are recently renovated with travertine finishes and have a shower, bath, basin and toilet.
The outside area of the house is perfect for entertaining with a private, secluded garden and private pool for sole use by guests. All pool towels are provided.
There are terraces across the front of the house with sea views and BBQ facilities as well as loungers and dining tables and chairs on both levels. Large sliding doors across the front of the house open to provide a wonderful flow between in and outside entertainment areas. What better way to enjoy Cape Town’s beautiful sunsets than from the terrace with a BBQ and a sundowner?
There is a fully automated garage for 3 cars with direct access into the property and additional off street parking for 2 more cars.
The house has an excellent alarm system linked to a rapid response company. There is also a digital safe for guest use.
A daily maid service Monday to Friday is included for cleaning and any ironing.
